Completed DOT Urine Specimen Collector Training & Proficiency in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40.33
- Commercial Driver Medical Certification Examination. All Paper work provided by Medical Examiner .
- Medical Examiner Certificate issued same day (provided no complicated medical issues exist).
- Copies of certificate for you to give to your motor Carrier, if needed.
- We accept cash, visa, MasterCard, and discover cards. Your examination will be performed to the standards of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration(FMCSA).

On-Site Physical Examinations
TEI also offers on-site physical examination events in order for companies to reduce lost work time. Instead of sending your drivers to a clinical location, a member of TEI staff can visit your site(s) and perform physical examinations in accordance with DOT regulations.
Before scheduling an on-site event, please make sure that you have the space and facilities to conduct a private medical exam. Upon completion of the exam, the driver will be issued a Medical Examiner’s certificate if the driver passes or a Request of Medical Information sheet if the driver fails the exam.
